Practice Experience
Yolani joined MDA Law as a Candidate Attorney in January 2024. He holds an LLB degree and an LLM in Environmental Law from the University of the Free State, obtained in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Throughout his academic journey, Yolani exhibited strong leadership and dedication to student affairs as a subcommittee member of the Law Faculty Student Council. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in legal research and educational support while contributing to the Mercantile Law Department as an academic student assistant. Furthermore, Yolani served as a commercial law tutor for first-year accounting students, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence and mentorship.
