Practice Experience
Sandisiwe Mnukwana joined MDA Law in August 2025 as a Candidate Attorney. She holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape, which she obtained in 2024. Throughout her academic journey, Sandisiwe consistently excelled, earning multiple distinctions from her first year and gaining membership to the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society.
In addition to her academic achievements, Sandisiwe participated in the Advanced Leaders Programme, where she was recognised for her diligence and commitment to personal development. She also served as a student assistant in the Student Leadership Office, showcasing her dedication to student support and leadership.
Before entering the legal profession, Sandisiwe gained valuable experience in retail and customer service and demonstrated entrepreneurial drive by opening a children’s hair salon. Outside of law, she is passionate about music and often performs in a cappella groups, usually as the lead singer due to her outstanding musical talent.
Sandisiwe is an ambitious and resilient individual who consistently rises above obstacles in her path. As a mother, she is motivated to inspire her two daughters through her hard work, perseverance, and by confidently taking up space in the legal field. Her journey reflects a blend of academic excellence, leadership, creativity, and a deep personal commitment to growth and empowerment.
