Practice Experience
Kristen is an admitted attorney specialising in High Court litigation and alternative dispute resolution with a specific focus in construction and commercial law.
Kristen has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and built-environment industry including in respect of:
- providing advice to clients in respect of potential claims
- representing clients and instituting the dispute resolution process in the High Court, adjudication and arbitration forums including drafting pleadings, the requisite notices and statements of claim or defence
- review proceedings for non-responsive and/or unlawful tenders
- analysing standard form construction agreements (JBCC, GCC, NEC3 and bespoke contracts) and providing advice relating thereto
