Practice Experience
Juneen Dippenaar joined MDA Law in January 2026 as a Candidate Attorney. She holds an LLB degree from North-West University, Potchefstroom, which she obtained in 2024. Throughout her academic career, she was actively involved in faculty initiatives as well as various campus and residence societies.
During her studies, Juneen was a member of the Finals team in the annual Juta Mock Trials Competition and served as Vice-Chairperson for the Secretary Office of the Potchefstroom Student Campus Council. In recognition of her academic achievements, she was awarded membership to the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society.
Juneen is currently a second year Candidate Attorney, having completed her first year of articles at a general litigation firm. During this period, she gained valuable experience in civil and commercial litigation, with exposure to matters in both the High Court of South Africa and various Magistrates’ Courts.
Beyond her professional commitments, Juneen is passionate about environmental and animal welfare matters and was a speaker at the 2025 Annual Colloquium on Animal Welfare, Human Rights, Rights of Nature, and Huma -Wildlife coexistence. Outside of work she enjoys cycling, a good book and any music festival or theatre performance she can attend.
Juneen is diligent, ambitious and deeply committed to her professional development. While she may often be the youngest in the room, she is resolute in her determination to make a meaningful contribution to the legal profession, regardless of the scale or complexity of the environment in which she operates.
