Practice Experience
Euan Massey is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in construction and engineering law. He began his career as a commercial litigation attorney specializing in construction-related disputes and has since built a distinguished practice advising on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of major capital projects.
Since joining MDA in 2002, Euan has developed expertise in procurement strategies for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including EPC, EPCM, and agreed target cost contracts. He is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in the structuring and implementation of project finance arrangements, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
Euan also maintains a robust dispute resolution practice, representing major employers and contractors in adjudication and arbitration proceedings both locally and internationally. He is a regular lecturer on construction contract law and standard forms of contract, sharing his insights with industry professionals and legal peers.
